  • Proactive Consignee Coordination: We contact the consignee in advance to ensure they are prepared to be the “Importer of Record,” have an EORI, and are allowed to import the product. We also confirm they will accept relevant taxes or charges based on the Incoterm. By addressing these factors upfront, the likelihood of your goods being held in Customs is significantly reduced, and the chances of incurring unnecessary charges or fines are minimised.
